The directive AdaptiveStoragePolicy in stormcellar.conf is
recommended to be set on bool. This is a yes/no version of the
adaptive storage now available to &StormCellar and Tornado Back End. In this
mode, only articles from groups that are actually read will be
stored. This will typically result in a 30% reduction of disk
load on the back end, with a corresponding 30% increase in
retention, with zero customer awareness/impact (by definition,
the groups are never read, so no customers care about the content
not being stored).
